Fury Opens at Bobbejaanland, Belgium
The world's first "choose your direction" coaster is now open at Bobbejaanland in Belgium. The Gerstlauer Amusement Rides roller coaster is the first in the world to allow riders whether they would like to launch forward or backward.The ride moves onto a turntable, and the track turns in the direction that the majority of riders have chosen. It's an exciting element that allows you to take multiple rides on the same coaster and experience a different sensation depending on what your fellow passengers pick.
The new roller coaster has a length just short of 2,000 feet, features a 66mph top speed, and is 141-feet tall.
So what would you choose? Forward or backward?
