Soft Opening's For Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure? + POV Animation

Soft opening just around the corner for Hagrid's new roller coaster at Island's of Adventure? + A ride-along video.

Rumors say Universal Orlando Team Members will have previews of the new Harry Potter experience this coming week, and after that, guests can expect the ride to be soft opening to the public! We've heard as early as Memorial Day weekend, so head down to the park for a chance to be the first riders on board! Nothing is confirmed, and it is unknown whether it really will soft open or not, but keep your eye's peeled to social media to find out the latest!

And of course we came through one last time with a prediction animation, so jump aboard for one last adventure before you ride the real thing.

Now that we know what creatures we'll be encountering on our trip into the forbidden forest with Hagrid, we've taken all the details released by Universal Studios Orlando and put them together with knowledge of testing footage, some audio, and the pacing and layout, along with where you will encounter them along your route.

Here Hagrid we'll be your guide where you'll be learning about Blast-Ended Screwts. A Hybrid created by Hagrid himself, Blast-Ended Skrewts were bread in '94, a cross between a Fire Crab and a Manticore. But be careful, they can be 10 feet tall, have armor which cannot be penetrated by spells, can sting or suck, and they also have a blasting-end that shoots out fire at random intervals. Tread lightly.

You'll encounter Pixies, Centaurs, Devil's Snare, and hear some other creatures along the way.
